Once an order has been placed, it can not be amended or cancelled. If you wish to arrange an exchange or a return, please use the form below to contact us.
If you are not 100% happy with your order, we will be happy to exchange or refund all orders of items that are not in the sale. Sale items can be exchanged for another item or a credit note. All orders must be returned within 14 days of receiving it. All returns must be in the original packaging, with all labels attached, not smelling of perfume, unwashed and unworn.
All postage costs are incurred by the customer on returns or exchanges unless you have received a faulty item. No refunds are given on sale items unless they are deemed faulty.
If you are returning a faulty item, CCC will replace the item (subject to stock) at no extra postage costs to the customer. Faulty items must be returned within 14 days of receiving them.
CCC reserves the rights to determine if an item is faulty. Please include a receipt of your postage costs when returning a faulty item so we can refund you.
Please state your order number if you are contacting us about a return or exchange.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Delivery and return postage charges are non-refundable unless you have received a faulty or incorrect item.

All refunds will be made to the payment source used in your order. Refunds can not be sent to a different person or account.
